Terms and Conditions

Reservations are based on 6 people per lane. All reservations are required to be pre-paid in full.

Additional items can be added to the reservation by placing items in the shopping cart. Please select appropriate add on tab on your additional items. No outside food or beverages allowed.

Online reservation payments are Canadian Dollars and may be made using Visa or Mastercard credit cards only. Visa Debit Cards cannot be verified online therefore are not accepted for online reservations. Reservations using Gift Cards cannot be verified online, these reservations must be made in person at the Bowling Center.

Excluding Birthday Packages, reservations can be made 1 hour to 6 months in advance. Birthday parties are requests that must be made 72 hours in advance and fully confirmed by the events office before confirmed.

Refund Policy

*Exclusing Birthday Parties - 72 hour cancellation policy applies to all birthday party cancellations and 48 hour for other changes*

1. To receive a full refund, the reservation must be canceled at minimum the day before arrival. You will be required to provide your credit card number for the refund to be processed.

   
   

2. If you are requesting a cancellation same day you will receive a credit in your account at T-Birds for use at a future date.

Privacy and Security Policy

All reservations must contain complete user information.

T-Birds will keep your personal information private and secure. When a customer makes a reservation from the site, they provide their personal information along with their e-mail address to T-Birds Food Fun Games. 

T-Birds will use this information to process the reservation and keep the customer updated on their orders and to personalize the shopping experience.
