Frequently Asked Questions

How is T-Birds Food Fun Games responding to the COVID-19 Outbreak?

We’ve made changes to protect you and our team. We have new social distancing guidelines, new protocols to keep our team members healthy and safe, and enhanced disinfecting measures for the center.

T-BIRDS is committed to creating an environment where everyone can play with confidence. We ask that you join us in our Commitment to Play Safely by keeping these things in mind on your next visit:

  • >Remember to social distance responsibly

  • >If you’re feeling ill, save your shot for the next time

  • >If you’ve tested positive for COVID-19, please be sure to stay home until you are well

    >Use hand sanitizer upon entering

What measures are we taking to ensure the safety & well-being of our T-Birds Team?

All team members are required to have a health check on arrival, follow frequent hand-washing protocols, per CDC guidelines, and socially distance during their shift and breaks when possible. If a team member chooses to wear a mask we supply one to them but they are not mandated. Our team is also encouraged to stay home and call in if they aren’t feeling well.

What are the steps T-Birds is taking to make the bowling lanes & grill a safe area?

Our lanes & grill will only be at 50% capacity with a table or lane between each group. All tables, chairs, bowling balls, shoes, couches, game screens and other frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected between each group.

All plates, silverware and condiments will be removed from tables and brought to Guests once seated. Items that can be single serve will be served that way to avoid any potential spread.

Single bowling lanes capacity is 6 people. A group up to 10 people can be accommodated on a pair of lanes with a lane between the next group. Groups dining in the Grill & Bar will have a maximum of 10 people per table.

Should I be concerned about the safety of my food & beverage items?

There is no current evidence to suggest that food procured in Canada can transmit COVID-19.

Are there any changes to the check-in process?

All guests wanting to bowl are encouraged to make reservations online or to call us at 204.727.2695.

Guests will be greeted at the front doors to the center, required to sanitize their hands and be directed to the Grill & Bar or to their bowling lane.

Six-foot social distancing markers are placed throughout the entrance and concourse and service counters have a safety barrier to mitigate person-to-person contact.

If at capacity, Guests will be asked to wait in their cars. You will be called when your lane or table is ready.

Am I required to bring my own bowling equipment?

We encourage Guests to bring their own bowling balls and shoes, but it’s not necessary. We will continue to provide all Guests with access to complimentary bowling balls and shoes which are disinfected after each group.

Can I arrange a party or event?

Events have been limited to small parties for the time being and follow the same walk-in safety standards where capacity restrictions allow. Birthday parties can be reserved at specific times with limited guests. We will constantly re-evaluate health standards to decide when to bring larger events back online in a safe manner. If you have questions or would like to reserve a party please call Laura at 204.727.2695 ext 229.
